1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of oroscan.com and website-based features made available by OroScan. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Website Information Is Not Clinical Advice

Website content is provided for general information about OroScan’s diagnostic services. It is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Your treating dentist, doctor or specialist remains responsible for your clinical care.

3. Diagnostic Services

OroScan services may include CBCT and other dental imaging, Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology, Oral Pathology, Digital Diagnosis and related specialist support. Not every service is necessarily available at every centre. Confirm availability, timings and referral requirements before visiting.

4. Referrals & Clinical Information

Where a dentist or specialist requests an investigation, users should provide the relevant referral, prescription or clinical information. OroScan relies on referring clinicians and users to provide information that is accurate and complete.

5. Digital Diagnosis & Clinician Services

Digital Diagnosis may include teleradiology, telepathology or other remote diagnostic workflows. Access may be limited to authorised professionals or supported case types. OroScan may require additional information, different formats, repeat imaging, physical specimens or other steps before a case can be accepted or completed.

6. Accounts & Secure Access

Where login functionality is provided, users are responsible for protecting their credentials and must not share them with unauthorised persons, access another user’s information or bypass security controls.

7. Accuracy of Website Content

OroScan aims to keep website information accurate, but centre details, timings, services, contacts and staff information may change. Confirm time-sensitive information directly with the relevant centre.

8. Appointments, Delays & Availability

Submitting an enquiry or request does not necessarily create a confirmed appointment unless OroScan expressly confirms it. Reporting and turnaround times may vary with case complexity, image or specimen quality, additional investigations and specialist availability.

9. Diagnostic Reports

Radiology and pathology reports are specialist diagnostic documents intended to support the treating clinician. They should be interpreted together with clinical examination, history and other relevant findings.

10. Acceptable Use

  • Do not access data or accounts without authorisation.
